This is the worst Pak's. Everytime I come here during their open business hours, their gates are down. I'm talking 10am,2pm,3pm not during lunch hours. It's such a waste of time.

I love the lady who runs this place. She’s always so kind and helpful. It doesn’t go unnoticed! Lots and lots of good quality/good value wigs/extensions & haircare products.

I ordered two products online from Paks, and someone called and said my payment didn't go through. I confirmed I received an email stating it had- the staff member then said, "Okay, I will check" No apology, no, I will get back to you or sorry about that. Rude, unprofessional service. I Won't shop here again.

Ordered from here online they sent it to the wrong place and won’t take responsibility for this which has caused me out of pocket by £20 for hair extensions that I did not receive contacted customer service in which I thought to be quite rude as they stopped answering my messages very very unsatisfied with the service won’t buy from here again.

In the many years that I have been a customer, I have never seen this shop employ any women of colour. Considering that the target clientele is black women, this is Very disappointing. Surely as a customer you would want to be advised by someone with an understanding of your needs and who can give credible suggestions. I find that the staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming and I have witnessed employees having conversations whilst serving. I am sure the discussion could be held after the customer has left the store. Whilst they do offer a wide range of products, skin/ hair care, hair tools and make up, I prefer to spend my money at other beauty supplies.
